Refund policy
We hope every customer absolutely loves their purchase. But if this isn't the case, please contact info@maybebby.com to arrange a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase. If tag is removed or signs of wear are visible, customer will not be granted return.
Merchandise must be in original condition; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
If order is lost or damaged in transit, this is the responsibility of the customer to lease with shipping company used.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
